Looks like Laguna is a real good place for now, exceeded locals including my expectations of how high they will market it. A bro went over earlier this week, seems like its mostly gone already.
There are still some good shoplots around for those so inclined, the 2 storey shophouses at HH has gone up to 1 m now and most are not selling, preferring to rent.
There are also others but likely only subsale now. Keeping an eye out as i think for certain shoplots, there are still upsides to be gained. :)
